Name Of The Post: Customer Relationship Officer

Education Qualification: Minimum graduate qualification required.

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales. Fresher candidates with an inclination towards retail banking sales are encouraged to apply.

Job Description :

  1. Ensure quality new acquisition on CA accounts through bank leads, referrals, and cold calls in the catchment area.
  2. Ensure quality customer service is delivered. The quality of customer service pertaining to opening of CAs, completeness of AOF and documents obtained from the customer, so that CAs are opened First Time right” and ensuring that debit freeze in the account is lifted and account activated within the stipulated time.
  3. Meet productivity norms defined through the support of channels and own efforts.
  4. Lead generation of customers and closure by tele calling, e-mailing and direct mailing, visiting customer,s and tapping walk-ins wherever possible.
  5. Generating leads for other products and passing the same to the branch for follow-ups.
  6. While KYC and Compliance will be the responsibility of the Bank officials, who will do an independent review of the AOF / documents, SSL TL should facilitate the Bank Officials in this regard by obtaining required documents from the Customers.

Key Responsibility Area (KRA)s of SBI Recruitment 2021:

  1. Finding potential customers
  2. Establishing contact with the potential customer
  3. Setting up meetings at customer premises
  4. Understanding requirements and offering relevant banking products to the customer (relating to CA products as well as Digital products that are bundled with CA)
  5. Document collection from customer
  6. Servicing the customer post opening the account (includes the offering of digital banking products like CINB & Anywhere) & transitioning the relationship to the branch (CA Mitra)
  7. Passing on the lead to the branch for the relevant requirements of the customer
